Additional charges of $20.00 per hour will be chargeable thereafter<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Surcharge: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100.00(<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">109.00 inclusive of GST) applies to events starting at or before 8:00 AM or requiring collection at or after 10:00 PM.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For overnight collection, a further $80.00 will be imposed on top of all other collection charges.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Surcharge of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">150.00(<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">163.50 with GST) is applicable for venue without direct lift landing\/loading bay (Maximum 2 floors). Subject to assessment of site photo.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Area Surcharge for Standard Buffet \/ FD HD Seminar \/ Live Station \u2013 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">30.00(<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">32.70 w\/gst) for CBD, Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Area Surcharge for Bento \/ Mini Buffet \u2013 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">30.00(<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">32.70 w\/gst) for CBD, Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actual delivery time may vary 30 mins (+\/\u2013) from the stipulated delivery time.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>CANCELLATIONS \/ AMENDMENTS<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any change or amendment in order must be made at least 3 working days in advance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges apply as follows:<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">30% of total price if cancellation notice is at least 7 days prior to function date.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50% of total price if cancellation notice is less than 7 days prior to function date.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100% of total price if cancellation notice is less than 3 days prior to function date.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>PAYMENT\/ OTHERS<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Full payment shall be made upon confirmation of order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All prices quoted subject to 9% GST.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payment via Offline Credit Card Payment \/ Internet Banking \/ Paynow \u2013 UEN:198601026G<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Food to be consumed within 2 hours upon delivery, the caterer shall not bear any responsibility for food consumed after the stipulated time.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*(V) Suitable for Vegetarian \u2014 may contain garlic, egg &amp; dairy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vegetarian bento is available.
