Is Eatzi Gourmet Bakery Halal?

Yes, we are Halal Certified.

Can I select the flavour of the cake?

Yes, definitely. Different cakes come in different base selections. Sponge Base (Chocolate, Moist Chocolate, Strawberry & Vanilla), Mousse Base (Black Forest, Chocolate Mousse, Heaven & Earth & Mango Mousse), Pound Base (Chocolate, Moist Chocolate, Strawberry & Vanilla).

What allergies and dietary requirements do I need to consider?

Our cakes contain eggs, dairy, nuts and wheat products, therefore not suitable for people suffering from food intolerance and allergies.


How do I place a cake order?

You can place your order through our website or via hotline at 6287 6298.

Can I place orders for same day pick up?

Unfortunately we only accept preorders with at least 3 working day notice for standard cakes and between 4-7 working days for customized cakes, depending on complexity. For urgent orders, give us a call at 6287 6298, we will try our best to assist.

Alternatively, you can purchase our retail cakes at all Jack’s Place restaurants and Eatzi Gourmet Steakhouse and Bistro outlets. Do note that only selected Signature & Classic cakes are available.

How long in advance can I place an order?

We can take up online orders 3 months in advance.

I am a JP Pepperdine Member. Is there any discount?

Yes, JP Pepperdine members are entitled to 15% OFF minimum 1kg cake. You will need to visit the Members’ Portal to retrieve your promo code. Thereafter, enter the promo code before check out. Please ensure that you have entered your Member ID/Card Number in your profile.

Are cake orders entitled to earning of points?

Yes, points will be calculated based on subtotal. Do note that points will not be issued if other promotional promo codes are used. Please ensure that you have entered your Member ID/Card Number in your profile.

Can I customize my orders?

Yes! We’re able to customize cakes, cupcakes, cookies, party favours, etc. Drop us an email at to discuss further.

How long in advance do I have to place my order?

The earlier the better. For customised cake design of your choice, lead time is between 7 to 14 days upon confirmation, depending on the size and complexity of the design.

Are you able to replicate any design sent?

We do not guarantee an exact replication of a cake design. Slight variation in colours, wordings and appearance may occur. We are also unable to accept copyrighted images.

How much is a customized cake?

Price of cake is dependent on the size and final design of the cake. Speak to us to discuss further.

Is there anything else I need to take note for customization?

We seek your understanding that cake designs, colors, wordings and interior layout of the food subjects to minor variation, thus final presentation may differ slightly from pictures shown.

Some food / gift items may subject to stock availability. We seek your understanding if substitution of other food / gift item is required. Should there be any changes required, we will inform you before proceeding.


How long can I keep your cakes?

To ensure freshness of the cake, we suggest keeping it refrigerated at a temperature between 2-4 degrees Celsius. It’s best to be consumed within 3 days of collection.


Do you provide delivery service?

Yes, islandwide delivery service is available for all orders.

Can I deliver any day?

Yes, our delivery service is available daily.

Do you deliver overseas?

Nope, we only deliver within Singapore.

What are your delivery charges?

What are your delivery timings?

Morning: 10 am to 1 pm  |  Afternoon: 1 pm to 5 pm  |  Evening: 5 pm to 8 pm.

Can I change my delivery location and timing?

For any changes after confirmation, please call us directly at 6287 6298 during operating hours.

What if I missed the delivery?

In the event if there is no recipient or no one at home/office to receive the cake/s, item will be sent to the nearest Jack’s Place or Eatzi Gourmet Steakhouse & Bistro outlet for self-collection. Request for re-delivery subjects to an additional fee of $15 per location and depends on availability of timeslots.

Is there anything else I need to take note for delivery?

While we endeavor to fulfill all deliveries, we shall not be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the product ordered due to unforeseen circumstances.

What if I received the wrong item?

In rare cases whereby wrong item was delivered, please email us with the photo of the item attached and we will offer a full refund promptly or product exchange.

Prices, Payment, Cancellation

What currency are your prices in?

All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars and subjected to prevailing Government taxes.

What are the payment modes accepted?

Visa/Mastercard/AMEX payment is accepted for Hotline orders and Visa/Mastercard/AMEX/Diners Club cards for Online orders.

Can I cancel my order after payment?

All amendment request(s) must be submitted at least 3 working days before collection/delivery date.
