Set-up charge (applies for Buffet Catering / High Tea/ Cocktail Bites/ Live Station/ Seminar) – $60.00 per event
All buffet collection will be done 4 hours prior to delivery and set up time. Additional charges of $20.00 per hour will be chargeable thereafter • Surcharge: 100.00(109.00 inclusive of GST) applies to events starting at or before 8:00 AM or requiring collection at or after 10:00 PM.
For overnight collection, a further $80.00 will be imposed on top of all other collection charges.
Surcharge of 150.00(163.50 with GST) is applicable for venue without direct lift landing/loading bay (Maximum 2 floors). Subject to assessment of site photo. • Area Surcharge for Standard Buffet / FD HD Seminar / Live Station – 30.00(32.70 w/gst) for CBD, Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island • Area Surcharge for Bento / Mini Buffet – 30.00(32.70 w/gst) for CBD, Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island.
Actual delivery time may vary 30 mins (+/–) from the stipulated delivery time.
CANCELLATIONS / AMENDMENTS
Any change or amendment in order must be made at least 3 working days in advance.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges apply as follows:
30% of total price if cancellation notice is at least 7 days prior to function date.
50% of total price if cancellation notice is less than 7 days prior to function date.
100% of total price if cancellation notice is less than 3 days prior to function date.

Full payment shall be made upon confirmation of order.

Food to be consumed within 2 hours upon delivery, the caterer shall not bear any responsibility for food consumed after the stipulated time.
